RIF.1879/H - Historical Tuscan medieval tower dated 1500sc originally used as the nearby medieval castel’s watch tower, this beautiful Villa is located on the hills at only five Kilometers from the beach and at only ten kilometers from Forte dei Marmi.
The medieval tower is surrounded by olive trees, chessnuts and oaks and enjoys the most superb view on the coastline stretching from the Gulf of Poets to Livorno and all the way to the Island of Corsica when the air is clean. Its geographical location is extremely convenient as it takes only fortyfive minutes to reach the intercontinental airport of Pisa, two hours to Milano, one hour and a half to Florence, fourty minutes to Cinque Terre and only one hour to Portofino.
There are six bedrooms, all sea view and each with its own bathroom; there is a panoramic terrace overviewing the sea, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a lift to reach each floor. There is a large lounge with fireplace, a dining room, a guest toilet, a cellar, and a kitchen opened to the panoramic terrace.
The structure has been reinforced with antisysmic cordons and the fundations have been reinforced to standard. Double glazed windows guarantee a perfect insulation in winter.
